Laura has over 25 years of experience in the health, wellness and fitness field. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Chapman University, completed graduate courses in Nutrition, and is a Certified Health Coach and Trainer of the Ideal Protein Method, a rapid weight loss program.
Her passion is to support people in improving their health through good nutrition and lifestyle changes. She oversees a successful weight control program at Brand New Day called Diets By Design. Diets By Design is part of the Brand New Day Health Plan outreach program. Laura and her team spend countless hours in the community educating people on healthy lifestyles.
